Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preambule
The website is the full property of SARL ASIECO, including all associated rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is subject to the express authorization of the owners. However, hyperlinks to the site are allowed without prior request.
This document covers the following areas:

1. Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted, without reservation, these terms and conditions at the time of ordering. These general terms govern the contractual relationship between SARL ASIECO and its customers. They shall prevail over any other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Products
The product photos on the site are non-contractual. Any errors in the illustrations shall not engage the responsibility of SARL ASIECO. Most of the products offered by SARL ASIECO are available in our warehouse.
3. Orders
SARL ASIECO reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with a previous payment dispute. The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an order. In the event of an error in the delivery address, SARL ASIECO shall not be liable for failure to deliver.
Automatic order recording systems are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. ASIECO confirms order acceptance via the email address provided. The sale is only concluded upon this confirmation.
4. Delivery
Once the order is confirmed, SARL ASIECO commits to hand over all ordered items to the carrier within 48 working hours. The carrier is contractually bound to deliver to the address provided.
For cash-on-delivery shipments, the customer agrees to pay the full amount upon delivery. For deliveries outside mainland France, customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. All orders are for personal use; resale is prohibited.
SARL ASIECO is not responsible for customs duties not paid by the client. Delivery is carried out by Colissimo or Chronopost in mainland France, as chosen by the customer. In case of absence, the parcel may be handed to someone authorized by the client. Delays do not entitle the customer to damages.
For EU deliveries, Colissimo Europe or Chronopost is used; for non-EU deliveries, international postal services or Chronopost are used. In case of technical products, the client must check the functionality and read the provided manual. In case of apparent defects, the buyer may return the product as outlined in this document.
Force majeure events (war, riots, fire, strikes, supply issues) release SARL ASIECO from its delivery obligations. Goods travel at the recipient’s risk. Upon delivery, check the package. You have 48 hours to report any damage or missing items to the carrier. A single order may be delivered in multiple shipments. Shipping is charged once. For delivery to two addresses, two orders must be placed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have 7 days from receipt of the items to request a refund or exchange.
To return items, they must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, instructions, and documentation. Return to:

In case of withdrawal, ASIECO will refund the full amount paid, excluding return shipping, within a maximum of 15 days.
6. Pricing
Prices are in euros and exclude shipping. The final price shown in the order confirmation includes all taxes, including VAT for France and EU countries. It also includes handling, packaging, shipping, and commissioning costs.
7. Payment
Products must be paid in full on the day of order.
Payment is made by bank card with the CB logo.
Online payments are processed via the CIC bank’s secure server.
Your card details are transmitted directly to the bank and are never stored on our server.
An order is confirmed only when the banking institution authorizes the payment.
If declined, the order is automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified by email.
SARL ASIECO reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a prior dispute.
8. Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. SARL ASIECO shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of sold products.
SARL ASIECO’s liability is limited to the order amount and cannot be held accountable for minor errors or omissions.
If a dispute arises, the customer should seek an amicable solution first, via a professional association, consumer group, or advisor of their choice. Pursuing an amicable resolution does not interrupt the legal or contractual warranty periods. In general, resolving disputes requires the customer to be up to date with payments.
Complaints are always handled with goodwill. In case of unresolved disputes, only the Commercial Court of [Your City] shall be competent.
9. Warranty
SARL ASIECO guarantees that all selected products are manufactured or produced in [COUNTRY]. For food items, expiration dates must be observed.
SARL ASIECO disclaims responsibility for non-compliance with regulations in the destination country. Liability is limited to the product’s value at the date of sale.
The client is entitled to the legal guarantees of eviction and hidden defects (Articles 1625+ of the Civil Code). If a hidden defect is proven, the seller must compensate (Art. 1641+). Legal action must be taken within a “short time” of discovering the defect (Art. 1648).

10. Legal Information
Providing personal information is required for distance sales, processing, delivery, and warranty purposes. Without this data, the order cannot be validated.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, customer data has been declared to the CNIL. Clients have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data (Article 34 of the January 6, 1978 law).
SARL ASIECO will never share your data with third parties.
Minors:
In accordance with French laws, alcohol may not be sold to minors under 16. By ordering alcoholic beverages, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume responsibly.
